Warehouse Guide
Warehouses are large, multi-floor industrial dungeons filled with hostile bots and valuable loot. They are the primary source of high-end items like the Spud Gun, advanced vehicle parts, Schematic Boxes, and rare clothing. This guide covers everything you need to know to clear Warehouses efficiently.
Warehouse Key Acquisition
Before you can enter a Warehouse, you need a Warehouse Key:
- Bot drops — Haybots and Tapebots have a small chance to drop keys
- Ruins loot — Search containers in abandoned structures for keys
- Crafting — Once you unlock the recipe, craft keys at a Craftbot
- Quest rewards — Some NPC quests reward Warehouse Keys
Entry Requirements
- Warehouse Key — One key per entry (consumed on use)
- Weapons — At minimum a Sledgehammer; a Spud Gun is highly recommended
- Food — Bring plenty of healing items; health doesn't regenerate
- Armor — Optional but helpful; reduces bot damage
- Light — Some Warehouse areas are dark; bring a flashlight or vehicle light
- Storage space — Warehouses contain a lot of loot; bring empty inventory slots
Floor Structure
Most Warehouses follow a similar multi-floor layout:
Ground Floor / Loading Dock
- Entry point with large metal doors
- Loading bays and storage containers
- Few bots, mostly Haybots
- Basic loot: scrap metal, wood, simple parts
- Stairs or elevator to upper floors
Second Floor / Office Area
- Office rooms and cubicles
- More Tapebots (ranged attackers on elevated positions)
- Better loot: component kits, circuit boards, occasional clothing
- Breakable walls and hidden rooms
- Access to the third floor or roof
Third Floor / Storage
- Large open storage area with stacked crates
- Dense bot populations, including Farmbots in some Warehouses
- Best loot: Spud Guns, Schematic Boxes, rare parts, advanced clothing
- Multiple exits and hidden passages
- Roof access for escape or sniping

Speedrun Route
For experienced players who want to clear Warehouses quickly:
- Enter and rush — Run past ground floor bots, don't stop to fight
- Take stairs to third floor — The best loot is on the top floor
- Prioritize Red Explosive Totebots — Shoot them from a distance before they get close
- Loot high-value crates — Focus on Schematic Boxes and Spud Guns first
- Use the roof — Escape to the roof to heal or snipe bots below
- Exit via ground floor — Once looted, fight your way out or use a hidden exit
Estimated time: 5-10 minutes per Warehouse with a Spud Gun and good gear.
Multiplayer Coordination
Warehouses are much easier with a team. Assign roles:
- Tank — Heavy armor, draws bot aggro, uses melee or shotgun
- Ranged DPS — Spud Gun, picks off Tapebots from distance, prioritizes Red Totebots
- Support — Heals teammates, carries extra ammo and food, loots while others fight
- Scout — Runs ahead to find loot rooms and hidden passages, marks bot positions
Communication is key. Use voice chat or text to call out bot positions, especially Red Explosive Totebots. Stay together — splitting up in a Warehouse is a good way to get overwhelmed.
Warehouse Combat Tips
- Use cover — Crates, walls, and office cubicles block Tapebot fire
- Listen for bots — Each bot type has distinct audio cues; learn them
- Don't fight in doorways — Bots can swarm you in narrow spaces; pull them into open areas
- Break walls for shortcuts — Some walls are breakable and lead to hidden loot rooms
- Check above you — Tapebots often position on elevated catwalks and shelves
- Use explosives carefully — Explosive ammo can destroy loot crates if you're not careful
- Loot as you go — Don't save all looting for the end; you might die and lose progress
- Know when to retreat — If health is low and bots are swarming, run to the roof or exit to heal
Post-Warehouse
After clearing a Warehouse:
- Sort your loot — Organize items by type, store what you don't need immediately
- Scan Schematic Boxes — Take any Schematic Boxes to a Schematic Bot to unlock recipes
- Repair gear — Fix damaged weapons and armor at a Craftbot
- Restock — Refill food, ammo, and get a new Warehouse Key for the next run
- Try another Warehouse — Different Warehouses have different loot; clear them all for maximum rewards
